60th Annual Meeting of the
San Francisco Neurological Society
Friday, March 14 -
Sunday, March 16, 2008
Hyatt Regency Monterey, Monterey, CA
Dear Attendee of the SF Neurological
Society 60th Annual Meeting
As a CMA accredited provider, the SF Neurological Society must conduct an
analysis on the degree to which our CME mission has been met through
the educational offerings provided, with expected results
articulated in terms of changes in competence, performance or patient
outcomes as a result of
participation in the program. Please take a few minutes to complete this
online survey which is necessary for us to be able to continue providing
CME accredited educational programs. Your
participation in the survey will also help the CME Committee to
identify topics that our members feel are relevant and locations optimal
for future CME programs.
Please click the link below to access the anonymous survey:
http://www.surveygizmo.com/s/72286/sfns
Thank you for your participation and we look
forward to providing ongoing CME accredited educational programs designed
to improve patient care and foster
scholarly activity in the neurosciences.
Sincerely,
Jack Rozance, MD, SFNS Director of CME
