Exhibitor Overview
- Exhibitors will be provided a six-foot table on which to promote products and services.
- Breakfast and coffee breaks will take place in the exhibit hall.
- The exhibiting area is separate from the CME activity.
- Our policies for commercial support are within the ACCME guidelines.
- We anticipate 150 in attendance.
- Pricing ranges from $7,500 for Silver-level sponsorship to $20,000 for Diamond-level sponsorship.

Product Theater Opportunities
Host a dedicated session to present your products or services to an interested audience.
We offer two high-profile opportunities for lunchtime Product Theaters: Friday, March 13, and Saturday, March 14.
The fee for each 50-minute talk is $15,000. SFNS will include your talk on the agenda, invite all to attend, and provide lunch. The talk will take place in the same room as the general session.
In addition to the 50-minute product theater time slot, you'll also receive:
- Product theater listing on the program agenda.
- Program agenda sent in promotional emails and posted on the SFNS website.
- Product theater invitations sent to the membership.
- A/V equipment and support to the speaker.
- Complimentary meeting registration for the speaker.
- Two complimentary registration tickets for company representatives.
