Active Membership

Annual Dues $125

Active membership shall be available to MDs, DOs, and PhDs (or equivalent) who devote the majority of their professional activities to the care and/or investigation of diseases or disorders of the nervous system. Active members shall be entitled to all of the privileges of the Society including voting, serving on committees, serving on the Board, and holding executive officer positions.

Associate Member

Annual Dues $95

Associate membership shall be available to other scientists, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and physician assistants who devote the majority of their professional activities to the care and/or investigation of diseases or disorders of the nervous system. Associate Members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Society including voting, serving on committees, and serving on the Board but not holding executive officer positions.

Affiliate Member

Annual Dues $95

Affiliate membership shall be available to physicians or PhD or NP/RN/PAs who do not spend the majority of their professional activities to the care and/or investigation of diseases or disorders of the nervous system and physical therapists, speech therapists, technical professionals, and others with an interest in clinical, educational, or research interest in the neurosciences. Affiliate members shall be entitled to all the other privileges of the Society including serving on committees but not voting, serving on the Board, and holding executive officer positions.

In-Training Member

Annual Dues $0

In-Training membership shall be available to MDs and DOs in post-graduate training or fellowship in neurology or neurosurgery and medical school students with an interest in neurology or neurosurgery. In-Training members shall be entitled to all the privileges of the Society including serving on committees but not voting, serving on the Board, and holding executive officer positions.

Emeritus Member

Annual Dues $60

At the written request of a member to the Board, a former Active member no longer active in practice may be designated an Emeritus member. Emeritus members pay reduced annual dues and shall have all the privileges of the Society including voting, serving on committees, and serving on the Board, but not holding executive officer positions.
